Information provided by Win The Day on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.

Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the person whose name is either completed on the ticket or the person identified as a gift recipient.

Where a ticket in the competition is purchased as a gift for and/or on behalf of another person (gift recipient), the purchaser of the ticket is deemed to be acting as an agent for the gift recipient and the gift recipient will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all entries into and/or prizes in the competition.

All proceeds from the raffle tickets will be donated to Win The Day Ltd.
WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open to all permanent residents of NSW and ACT, aged 18 years or over. QLD, VIC, NT, TAS, WA and SA residents are not eligible to enter.

Employees, directors or officers of Win The Day, and their immediate families, are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets. Immediate families means a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, or stepsibling of an employee of Win The Day.
HOW TO ENTER

Raffle ticket sales will commence on Friday 19 September, 2025 at 12pm (AEST) and conclude on Friday 27 February, 2026 at 8.45pm (AEST) ("Promotion Period").

A total of 18,000 tickets will be available for sale.
-
Each ticket costs $30, and if a bundle of four tickets are purchased, these four tickets will be discounted to $25 each. Tickets may not be sequential.

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
-
purchase a raffle ticket/s online https://wintheday.supporterhub.net.au/raffles/fuel-our-mini-dream; and
-
provide their contact details (first name, last name, residential address, valid email address and mobile phone number) in the section provided.

Win The Day will issue an e-ticket, for each ticket purchased, which may be printed by the recipient, together with the ticket receipt. No paper tickets will be issued.

No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.
-
Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased during the Promotion Period.
-
To the extent permitted by law, without limiting the Non-Excludable Guarantees (defined in section 32) and subject to section 36), entrants cannot return any raffle tickets purchased or obtain a refund for the price paid on a raffle ticket, after the prize draw.

Win The Day reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Win The Day to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
PRIZE

The prize is a MINI Cooper C Classic, valued at AUD $54,990 including on-road costs (ACT) and GST. Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of publishing.

The prize includes on-road costs (stamp duty, 12 months registration and compulsory third-party insurance), as provided by our suppliers and is correct at the time of publishing. The prize RRP is based on ACT.

The prize does not include comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. Win The Day strongly recommends that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner before the winner takes possession of the vehicle. All optional extras and accessories, and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are not included.

The winner must collect the prize from Canberra MINI Garage, 2 Botany Street PHILLIP ACT 2606.

The winner must collect the prize from the nominated dealership within 28 days of being notified by Win the Day that they are the winner. Risk of loss or damage to the vehicle passes to the winner upon handover from the dealership.

The winner is responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information and driver’s licence, and completing the necessary paperwork to transfer title and registration in the vehicle.

By participating in this raffle, the winner agrees to be photographed alongside their awarded prize and grants permission for Win The Day to use this image for marketing purposes. Additionally, the winner consents to the publication of their name (first name, last name, suburb, state, and post code), in conjunction with the prize, on Win The Day’s official website, social media platforms and in any related marketing activity for promotional and verification purposes.

The prize cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.

If a prize is not available for any reason, Win The Day reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value, if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by Win The Day to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Win The Day’s control, Win The Day may substitute it with another item or items determined by Win The Day to be similar and of equal or higher value.
SELECTION OF WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random by electronic draw, which will take place on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 8.45pm (AEST), aboard the Blue Room luxury cruise vessel on Sydney Harbour, NSW. If the date of the draw needs to be changed, due to circumstances causing a delay, Win The Day will advise all entrants by email of the new draw date. Entrants need not be present to win.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize as described above.

The winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email, and the winner's details will be published on the Win The Day website, https://www.wintheday.org.au/ (for 28 days), as well as on Win The Day’s marketing and social media platforms, within two days of the draw date.

Win The Day reserves the right to request the winner to submit proof of identity, at the discretion of Win The Day, and their ticket receipt as proof of purchase.

Win The Day will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result.
SECOND CHANCE DRAW
-
If the winner does not respond within 28 days of being notified that they have won the raffle, or the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Win The Day to identify and contact the winner within that period but were unsuccessful, the prize will automatically be forfeited, and Win The Day reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.

If necessary, a second chance draw will be held at 12pm on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at 9pm at 37 Mellington Loop, Googong NSW 2620. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize.

The winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email, and the winner's details will be published on the following Win The Day website, https://www.wintheday.org.au/ (for 28 days), as well as on Win The Day’s social media platforms, within two days of the draw date.

Win The Day will not enter into any correspondence regarding the second chance draw result.
STANDARD TERMS

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify Win The Day’s liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Win The Day (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, or any loss or damage arising directly out of the raffle from:
-
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Win The Day;
-
any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
-
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Win The Day) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Win The Day;
-
any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
-
any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or
-
use of the prize, except to the extent any such injury, loss or damage is caused or contributed to by Win The Day’s breach of these terms or negligence.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Win The Day (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the raffle.

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), if for any reason the raffle is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) tampering or any other causes beyond the control of Win The Day, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the raffle, Win The Day reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that is reasonably appropriate, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle, subject to regulatory approval.

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; Win The Day may in its absolute discretion cancel or postpone the promotion and recommence it at another time on the same conditions subject to regulatory approval.

Where Win The Day has cancelled or terminated the raffle, or modified the raffle such that the new prize is of materially lower value, it will notify each entrant of such change using the contact details provided by the entrants upon entry, and offer a refund to each entrant for the costs of the tickets purchased, other than to entrants who have tampered with the entry process or otherwise breached these terms. Win The Day will provide a refund to each entrant who accepts Win The Day’s refund offer.

By entering the raffle, you consent to Win The Day using your personal information to send you information about Win The Day’s news, events, products, services and general information about Win The Day, including by email, text messages and phone calls.

By entering into the raffle, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity relating to the raffle and Win The Day.

Win The Day is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax. Independent financial advice should be sought prior to accepting the prize.

The laws of NSW apply to this competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of NSW.

All disputes shall be resolved individually, including but not limited to directly contacting participants and mediation and if need be then referred to the regulator.
